We answer everything, usually within a day.

Email info@the-circlegroup.com and tell us what happened. If it is about a particular post or member, include the name so we can find it.

Something urgent or unsafe? Say so in the subject line and we will look at it first. If somebody is in danger, contact the police on 999 before you contact us.

Delete your account

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask. Everything you posted and everything we hold about you is removed within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason.

Membership and billing

Membership is handled by Apple and Google, so cancellations and refunds go through them:

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Android: Play Store → your picture → Payments and subscriptions

You can also reach both from Profile inside the app. If something has gone wrong with a charge, write to us and we will help you sort it out with them.

Reporting a case or a post

If a Give Back case looks untrue, or a listing looks like a scam, tell us. We would far rather check something honest than leave something false where people can be hurt by it.
